Rothesay Bay

New Build / Renovation
1 million - 1.5 million category won "GOLD" at the Master Builders House of the Year awards. This family home in Rothesay Bay is a complete renovation and extension of a 1960's home that was no longer fit for purpose. The renovation was architecturally designed, incorporating a garage and a boat shed as separate buildings. The family are keen sailors so the design captures their love for sailing. It consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, laundry and outdoor shower. This unique design was really outside the box thinking and it was a fun and exciting project to be a part of. We completed the plumbing, gasfitting and drainlaying for this property.

Auckland City Mission

Commercial
Auckland City Mission was a central city project where the existing buildings were demolished to erect a 10 story building including over 100 apartments, retail facilities, medical facilities, dental facilities and 3 commercial kitchens. To drive the plumbing we piped up a large plant room that incorporates 9 heavy duty Rinnai gas water heaters, 4 x 1000L hot water storage tanks, water pumps, circulation pumps, programmable mixing valves and leading sterilization methods.

Summerset Retirement Villages

Heritage Park (Commercial)
This upmarket retirement village in Ellerslie consists of a range of modern, high quality apartments and villas. Pipewise worked on both of the large blocks which consisted of over 300 apartments.

Weiti Bay

New Build
1.5 million - 2 million category won "SILVER" at the Master Builders House of the Year awards. This architecturally designed, luxury home is located in Weiti bay, overlooking the Haruaki gulf. This property has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, kitchen, scullery, laundry and a custom made copper outdoor shower. The owner of this property is a landscape designer and incorporated an outdoor garden on the second level which we piped up water and waste for. We completed the plumbing, gasfitting and drainlaying for this property.

Tarata St (Mt Eden)

Renovation
Complete extension and renovation of a historic Mt Eden Villa. This project incorporated many interesting design features and materials throughout the home including birch plywood ceilings, old school light switches to match the colour of the rest of the hardware in the house, custom raw steel balustrade, Copper Finished Kitchen cabinets with a massive marble stone splashback over 3m in length. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, scullery, laundry. We completed the plumbing, gasfitting and drainlaying on this property. 

St George's Bay Rd

Renovation
This beautiful 1928 Bungalow renovation involved a full fit out and extension of the property. This was yet another architecturally designed project. This property incorporates a separate tenancy downstairs which involved fireproofing, separate gas heating and cooking and water meters. This property has 2 bedrooms upstairs, 1 bedroom downstairs. Kitchen and laundry in both. Independent gas hot water systems. Gas fireplace upstairs. Gas cooking upstairs. We completed the plumbing and gasfitting for this property.
